2002 Leopards Leap Pinotage Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of plum, spice and stewed fruit followed by a hint of chocolate, showing plenty of ripe fruit flavour. On the palate flavours of plum, spice and stewed fruit emerge, followed by a hint of white pepper. Fine grained tannins, warm spicy back palate, with just a touch of tea leaf emerging, with persisting spicy aftertaste.
