Totally opaque black purple colour. Lifted nose of plum, blackberry, vanilla and spice. The palate has plenty of weight with flavours of plum and blackpepper to the fore, followed by a layer of spice, blackberry and vanilla. Excellent length and balance. Aftertaste of blackpepper, spice, blackberry and vanilla with a final white pepper kick.
