The blend is comprised of 72% Shiraz, 16% Cabernet and 12% Merlot. Very deep crimson colour with black heart and crimson hue. Aroma of spice, violet, plum and mulberry followed by a hint of chocolate. Full bodied palate, with flavours of plum, liquorice and black pepper over an inky background. Fine grained tannins, with aftertaste of liquorice plum spice and dark chocolate.
