A very pleasant surprise is experienced with this Queen Adelaide. The wine has lots of flavour, and at the price should convert a few hardened beer drinkers to wine.
Bright deep crimson colour, with crimson hue. Aroma of liquorice, spice and dark chocolate, followed by a touch of cinnamon. On the palate, flavours of spice, dark chocolate and blackcurrant followed by plum background. Fine grained, soft tannin structure, with aftertaste of ripe plum and stewed fruit.
