The blend comprises of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon from Mudgee and 44% Merlot from the Limestone Coast. Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium bodied with aroma of stewed fruit followed by a spice and liquorice background. The stewed fruit character of the wine persists with liquorice, spice and earth characteristics appearing in the back palate. Very dry persistent tannins.
