A very well made Pinot that is holding up very well. Translucent brick red colour, with brick red hue. Aroma of game, leather, spice and strawberry jam. The palate is very spicy, with flavour of ripe strawberry, raspberry, earth and a touch of game. There is a hint of stalkiness but it is restrained. Excellent length. Velvet smooth tannins, followed by a very long spicy, strawberry aftertaste.
