This wine has spent 12 months in French oak, undergoing 100% barrel fermentation. Bright pale straw colour. The nose is subtle, with notes of cashew, biscuit, hazelnut and yeast lees emerging. Creamy texture with good palate weight. Flavours of yeast lees, biscuit and spice over a melon and fig background. Crisp acid finish.
