The colour is a rich crimson with excellent clarity and purple highlights. The nose is clean and lifted, displaying red currant and cherry aromas with a hint of earthy character and tobacco leaf. The fruit aromas, clearly Cabernet Sauvignon, are focused and expressive with oak playing a supportive role. The palate is medium bodied with initial sweet, dark berry fruit highlighted by elements of bright cherry and chocolate. Soft, lightly drying tannins combine with subtle oak characters to add mouthfeel and structure to the palate before integrating in a smooth, balanced finish. Alc/Vol:13.0%
