A classic Cabernet style. Very deep crimson colour with deep mauve hue. Delightful lifted blackcurrant top note followed by spice, mocca, dark chocolate and violets. Mouthfilling palate, with excellent length. Flavours of blackcurrant, plum and cedar are evident over a truffle background. Fine grained tannins, dry and persistent into the aftertaste.
