An impressive Chardonnay. Brilliant straw colour with golden straw hue. The nose is distinctive with controlled butterscotch top note followed by fig, cashew and biscuit. The palate flavour profile is subtle, yet mouthfilling. Layers of fig are meshed with an undercurrent of butterscotch followed by cashew, yeast lees and citrus. Creamy texture. Perfect balance of component parts followed by an aftertaste of yeast lees, cashew, melon, fig and spice.
