Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Excellent nose with aroma of violets, mulberry, cedar and spice over a background of blackcurrant, liquorice and truffle. The palate has impressive weight, with flavours of blackcurrant, mulberry and spice emerging. Excellent tannin structure, followed by a very long aftertaste of mulberry, liquorice, cedar, blackcurrant and spice.
