An excellent example of a Tasmanian sparkling wine. Generous creamy mousse, with moderately fine bead, showing very good persistence. Base wine of deep straw colour. Lifted nose, showing aromas of yeast lees and toast. Creamy palate texture, with flavours of yeast lees, displaying good yeast autolysis character. Clean acid finish. Long aftertaste of biscuit and yeast lees.
