This superb example of a Sparkling red is made from a blend of Shiraz with just a touch of Cabernet.
Excellent deep brick red mousse with fine persistent bead. The base wine is a brick red colour. The nose shows strong bottle development with leather, plum and prune top note. Generous palate weight. Plum and spice flavours. Clean finish.
