Another very successful wine which has been matured for twenty months in American oak hogsheads. Very deep crimson colour with brick red hue. Nose of leather, spice, stewed fruit and a hint of earth. The palate shows plenty of weight and mouthfeel with strong liquorice, plum and spice flavours over a distinct blackpepper background. Fine grained soft tannins followed by a long plum, spice and blackpepper aftertaste.
