The bead on this wine is exceptional and can only be described as a ‘white head’ similar to that of a cappuccino. The white mousse has remarkable staying power and is followed by exceptionally fine bead. The nose is refined, showing notes of yeast lees, biscuit and cashew. The palate texture is very creamy with grapefruit, citrus and yeast lees flavours persisting. Crisp acid finish, perfect balance with long citrus, biscuit yeast lees aftertaste.
