A well made, elegant style. Deep crimson colour with mauve edges. Attractive nose, with aromas of cedar, spice, blackcurrant and liquorice. The palate is relatively light, with fine grained firmish tannins. Flavours of earth, spice and blackcurrant, but without concentration. Liquorice, spice, blackcurrant aftertaste.
