Very deep crimson black colour, with deep mauve edges. The nose is impressive, with aroma of mulberry, confectionery and blackcurrant with a hint of aniseed as an end note. The palate has generous structure – again very Aussie like in it’s flavour and construction. Excellent length, fine grained soft tannins followed by a very long aftertaste of blackcurrant, dark chocolate and a trace of tarriness.
