Bright deep crimson colour, with crimson hue. Aroma of blackcurrant and spice, followed by end notes of tea leaf, tobacco and toasted oak. The palate is light, with tea leaf over blackcurrant flavours. Very fine, very firm and very dry tannin structure which is too dominant for the fruit and continues to overwhelm the aftertaste.
