Very deep brick red colour. Perfumed nose, with aroma of vanilla, stewed fruit and spice, with confectionary end notes. The palate flavours are relatively short for Durif. Flavours of citrus and plum followed by earth and stewed fruit. Fine, firmish tannins, followed by an aftertaste of very ripe plums. Cellar 2 – 3 years.
