An austere, high acid style that has a long future in front of it. Brilliant pale gold colour. Superb nose, showing signs of bottle development, with nuances of toasted honey and hay, followed by a cashew end note. On the palate, relatively high levels of acidity gives the wine a sense of austerity. Flavours of citrus, roast nuts with a hint of honey. The high acidity gives the wine a sense of flint like crispness. Aftertaste of honey and toast.
