1994 Arthur's Creek Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

The cork had dried out on this bottle and broke up upon opening. Brick red colour with brick red hue. Medium body. The bottle age is very evident. Aroma of leather, cedar and earth, showing obvious tertiary characters, with a hint of tea leaf as an end note. The palate fruit has faded, with cedar, spice and earth flavours slowly emerging. Soft tannins, with low acidity. Aftertaste of cedar and leather.
