Cask strength Balblair, non chill filtered and from a first fill puncheon (no.1964). The colour says it all. This looks to be a genuine Sherry monster! Unfortunately, the Australian allocation is meagre, so if it sounds like your thing, be quick. Distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2017.
According to the bottlers, expect "Sherry aromas mingling with sugar and a citrus edge and a sweet palate with raspberry, chocolate and hazelnut flavours leading to charred oak." 49.6% Alc./Vol.
