A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Pale pink colour with coppery hints, perfectly clear. Very fine and slow climbing bubbles - generous and constant mousse. At first the nose reveals spices that swiftly give way to very ripe red berry aromas and wild strawberry. Toasted brioches comlpetes the nose to form an exquisite and delicate bouquet.The palate has a full body underlined by a fresh, lively and luminous maturity. Perfect balance and a richness that progressively gains in power. Excellent length.
