Pongracz Chardonnay Pinot Noir Brut

Moderate mousse with fine, very persistent bead. Pale straw base colour. Delicate aromas of citrus, biscuit and toast. The palate also exhibits a delicate flavour profile with some light flavours of citrus, lees and biscuit. Clean crisp finish followed by moderate aftertaste of biscuit and yeast lees.
