Paul de Coste Blanc de Blancs Brut

Good white creamy mousse showing moderate hold. Pale gold base wine colour with a very fine bead that is extremely persistent. The nose displays delicate grapefruit, apple, yeast lees and sherbet aromas. The palate is relatively straight forward with flavours of baked apple and grapefruit followed by a touch of sherbert. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of baked apple, grapefruit and lees.
Drink over the next 1-2 years (2012-2013).
