NV Gosset Grande Reserve Brut Champagne

This Champagne opens with a white creamy mousse that shows good hold. Pale straw pale gold base colour with a very profuse and exceptionally fine bead. Nosing reveals refined aromas of baked bread, yeast lees, subtle toast and citrus showing good intensity. Creamy in texture the palate possesses flavours of yeast lees, lightly toasted bread, cashew and citrus. Clean dry finish. Excellent length with long aftertaste of yeast lees, baked bread, cashew and a hint of citrus.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2013-2017).
