Made from Pinot Noir,Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, this wine has spent 4 yearson yeast lees - that's an expensive exercise, but the result isin the glass. Fine, profuse bead. The yeasty nose is immediatelyevident - it just smells expensive and classy. The palatedisplays complexity due to bottle age and is driven by a fullcreamy flavour.
