Noble Bootleggers Contemporary Gin (500ml)

Noble Bottleggers is the creation of husband and wife team, Dan and Kristin Lemura. After working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, they've been at the helm of some of Melbourne's finest establishments. Along the way they became obsessed with barrel aging cocktails, spirits and liqueurs. This obsession for taking both modern and classic cocktails and reinventing them evolved into the Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Juniper, lemon aspen, angelica root, coriander seed, lemon verbena and vanilla make up the botanical mix in this 'Contemporary' gin.

Tasting note: [Batch 1] Clear. Fairly typical London Dry with earthy juniper, angelica root, pepper and coriander over background citrus freshness. Creamy entry with soft juniper, herbal tea and citrus peel flavours lingering in a tangy, warming finish. Nice all-rounder. 40% Alc./Vol.
