A fluffy mousse sits well over a pale straw coloured base that has a nimble flow of bubbles coursing through it. On the nose pear and red apple aromas mix with some bready notes, hints of sherbet and quince. Airy in its feel delicious pear and apple fruits caress the palate with a gentle creaminess. Notions of quince and delicate sherbet lurk underneath. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a refreshing yet soft, lacy aftertaste.
