Good white creamy mousse showing good hold with pale straw pale gold base wine colour. Exceptionally fine and profuse bead. The nose displays toasty baked bread aromas followed by yeast lees and a touch of almond. The palate delivers flavours of citrus, yeast lees, baked bread and toast. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of citrus, yeast lees and baked bread.
