Lemercier Freres 1811 Pastis (500ml)

A traditional pastis obtained by maceration and distillation of various seeds and plants including wormwood, mugwort, gentian, liquorice and star anise. The label depicts the coat of arms of the Lemercier family.

Tasting note: Bright sienna brown. Fresh liquorice strap and anise bouquet shows excellent lift and definition. Cool on entry with intense anise at mid palate, ending menthol fresh; liquorice strap, aniseed and hints of citrus through the aftertaste. Hugely flavoursome Pastis. All you need is ice. 45% Alc./Vol.
