Marguet Pere et Fils Rose Brut Champagne

Excellent creamy salmon mousse, with good hold. Very fine persistent bead. The base wine is a little deeper than expected, but vibrant, with vitality. Deep salmon plum pink colour with plum hues. Superb nose of winter strawberry, yeast lees and ripe strawberry. The palate reflects the nose, delightfully creamy texture with flavours of winter and summer strawberry over a yeasty background. Perfect balance. Clean acid finish.
