Lighthouse Gin (750ml)

A premium small-batch New Zealand gin, hand-crafted in Martinborough in a 200-litre copper still. The distillery was the brainchild of Neil Catherall, a former chief engineer at New Zealand Breweries. Botanicals include hand-zested naval oranges, yen ben lemons and leaves of peppery native botanicals such as Kawa Kawa.

Tasting note: Clear, with aromas of brine, citrus, coriander seed, hints of cinnamon and mild juniper. Medium bodied with near zero burn in a silky, viscous delivery including flavours of juniper, citrus zest and pepper. Perfectly balanced, drying finish. Good vibrancy. Lingers with delicate cinnamon warmth. 42% Alc./Vol.
