The Lark family are well known as the pioneers of the modern Australian Whisky Renaissance. While their whisky matures they have been quietly perfecting several liqueurs.

The apple spirit for Larks apple liqueur is produced from a carefully prepared apple cider brewed from Sturmer Pippin cider apples grown in the heart of Tasmania’s cool climate orchard country. The cider is copper pot distilled to an average strength of approximately 40%alc./vol. Apple flavours are notoriously hard to retain during the distillation process, however with Sturmer apples , Lark's manage to capture the essential apple flavour without the need to add any artificial flavours or essences. 25% Alc./Vol.
