Distilled in small copper pot stills, Larks favour the steeping method of gin production and use traditional botanicals like juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel to create a traditional London Dry style.

Notes from the distiller... Appearance: Clear. Nose: Big floral and citrus driven nose gives way to earthy musk notes mixed in with subtle juniper and light spices. Palate: Explodes up front with the rose opening up to bitter orange and mandarin peel and a heavy muskiness mixed in with rosewater. Finish: Long finish of Turkish delight as the heavy muskiness mixes with delicate rosewater at the back of the palate.

Their serving recommendation is as a gin and tonic garnished with lime or cucumber or a sweet martini with chocolate bitters or a sweet iced tea garnished with mint.
