Produced from a neutral grain spirit infused with juniper berries, filtered without redistillation.
Tasting note: Crystal clear. The delicate aroma is pure and juniper true with white pepper and pine sap notes delivered with a mild prickle. A subtle entry continues into a light to medium bodied profile that repeats the pepper and pine needle flavours. Finish is whisper light, vodka-like and dry as a bone. Aftertaste is clean, bone dry and leaves a chalky mouthfeel with a trace of juniper briefly discernible. A half gin / half vodka aperitif style that deserves extra points for being so unique. 40% Alc./Vol.
