Jos. A. Magnus & Co. Murray Hill Club Blended Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)

A 2016 release that aims to recreate an 1890s pre-Prohibition whiskey employing similar blending techniques and packaging to the original. This is ccomposed from three whiskeys: 20% 18 year old bourbon, 50% eleven-year old bourbon and 30% nine-year old "light" whiskey.

Magnus Master Blender Nancy "The Nose" Fraley comments, "It's truly an exceptional and unique product." Fraley's background is in brandy production, so not surprisingly, she uses similar techniques as those used to create Cognac, Brandy, or blended Scotch, including a slow reduction to the final proof.
