JM Gremillet Brut Champagne

This 25 hectare Estate is owned by an independent family and is located 40 kilometres from Troves. The wine starts off well – excellent creamy white mousse, followed by fine bead with excellent persistence. The base wine is straw coloured with a green tinge. Aromas of yeast lees, cashew and nougat with just a hint of sherbet. Creamy palate with distinct toasted lees character followed by a light citrus back palate. The wine is slightly broad, with aftertaste of toast and citrus.
