A well made Commercial style. Moderate sized mousse followed by fine bead with good persistence. Straw base wine. On the nose cashew and citrus flavours are evident. Creamy palate texture, with flavours of sherbet, grapefruit and citrus. Crisp finish.

Short, creamy green, pale gold mousse. Green gold base wine. Broad, slightly oxidized nose. Creamy oxidized palate, with some lemon on the back palate. Short. Oxidized citrus aftertaste. A quaffer.
