An astonishing price for an 18 year old Linkwood! Distilled in June 1997 and bottled in November 2015 with 335 bottles charged from a refill hogshead. This comes from another of Diageo's quiet distilleries that produces malt whiskies for blending. The house style is typically fruity (pears, apples). According to the Laings, expect flavours of liquorice, toffee and spiced plums with a buttery mouthfeel. Non chill filtered. 50% Alc./Vol.
