A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards in Verzy and Verzenay. Hugues Godme describes this wine as combining “the body of pinot noir and the length of chardonnay,” and as with all his wines it is very expressive of the complexity of the terroir. Maturation of the base wine takes place 50% in 225L oak barrels, and 50% in enamelled stainless steel.
