Himbrimi Old Tom Gin (500ml)

The curious name derives from the Great Northern Diver bird otherwise known as the “Loon”. It means “Heaven Howler” in old Icelandic, in reference to the bird's mysterious song. Notable botanicals include hand-picked wild flowers, arctic thyme, angelica seeds and honey. Instead of re-distilling the gin multiple times in order to obtain the purist result, the team at Himbrini employ pure ingredients and leave it in its “raw state”. This cold-compound method is a traditional technique that’s said to work particularly well for the sweeter Old Tom style. Note: - due to the natural production process, the gin may throw some sediment.
