The gin is a nod to the bold seafarers who navigated the beautiful but rugged coastline - bottled at high ABV with local coastal botanicals (salt bush, hop wattle, local honey and kelp) as well as the more traditional citrus and juniper.
Tasting note: Powerful, penetrating juniper-heavy aromas repeat in an intense yet controlled attack of lemon-tea, sea-spray and coastal freshness, climaxing in a creamy deluge of rock-pool, crushed pine buds and tongue-staining green, sappy notes through the aftertaste.
