Sake produced by Sun Masamune at its Penrith, New South Wales brewery is made to the highest Japanese quality standard. Australian grown Japonica rice is milled to an extremely high grade before it is fermented in pure Blue Mountains spring water. The resulting sake is the highly regarded “gingyo” type with a well balanced and matured aroma and flavour, typical of the best available in Japan.

Go-Shu Blue is a very high quality sake delightfully packaged in a blue bottle. It belongs to the "Ginjo" type of sake, which means, that its rice is milled more finely (60% of original size) and no alcohol or chemicals are added. Go-Shu Blue has a fruity fragrance and smooth and well balanced, mature taste, suiting everyone. 15% Alc./Vol.
