Furlan Treviso Extra Dry Prosecco

Pours well with a creamy white mousse showing good hold. Once dissipated it reveals a very pale straw base wine colour with a profuse and exceptionally fine bead. Nosing reveals pear and citrus scents intermixed with some baked bread characters and apple. The palate features ripe pear and baked apple flavours over some citrus and light toast. Clean crisp, dry and refreshing finish. Aftertaste of ripe pear, apple and baked bread.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
