Etsu Handcrafted Japanese Gin (700ml)

Produced on Japan's northern island at the Asahikawa distillery using 100% cane spirit, Etsu has some interesting botanicals including green bitter orange peel and Yuzu. Awarded a double gold medal at the San Francisco Spirits Competition in 2018. Comes beautifully packaged.

Tasting note: Clear. Juniper gives way to bitter citrus peel (orange / Yuzu), angelica and hints of liquorice root. A silky gin with an ethereal feel offering flavours of pine shoots, distant aniseed, peppercorns and citrus oils. Ends supremely balanced with bitter peel and juniper freshness.
