A small quantity of batch 2 from ELLC has just arrived in Australia. Made from a British wheat neutral spirit base, botanicals include juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, thyme, bay leaf, sage, lemon peel, winter savory, fennel seeds, orris root and lavender.

Tasting note: Clear with thick legs. Herbal-accented opening sniffs include suggestions of fresh-picked sweet oregano, chamomile tea, liquorice root, white pepper, lemon verbena and more. Viscous entry builds with a creamy, concentrated, full-bodied gently tingly lemon fruit tingle and dried juniper profile with herbal tea and faint citrus oil notes lingering in the aftertaste.
