A frothy white mousse that shows good hold overlays a pale straw base wine colour that possesses a fine persistent bead. The nose shows good complexity with some bready yeast like characters intermixed with ripe pear and baked apple followed by sherbet end notes. Refreshing with a dry crisp finish the palate possesses flavours of pears, apples and a touch of lemon sherbet over some yeast lees characters and a faint nuttiness. Lively aftertaste of fresh pears, lemon, subtle yeast lees and a fading nuttiness.
