Dobson's Distillery New England Dry Gin (750ml)

Tasting note: Crystal clear. The initial alcoholic lift carries aromas of pine needle, lemon thyme, white pepper and dried coriander. Second pass finds the nose more settled with herb and grapefruit emphasised. Follows through with a fresh, piney, citrus and pepper accented delivery/ slightly broad and feather light to finish with a hint of anise. Fades with gingery warmth and a subtle lemon thyme, chamomile and bitter herb aftertaste. 47% Alc./Vol.
