The wine pours well, with excellent creamy white mousse which holds well. Pale straw, apricot base wine. Moderately persistent bead. Aroma of yeast lees, biscuit and roast almonds. Creamy palate – short flavour profile with nuances of lemon and spice emerging. Crisp acid backbone. Lemon and spice aftertaste.
